Haldia Institute of Technology (HIT) will begin admissions for the 2024-25 session with the registration for WBJEE counseling in July 2025 (tentative). Admissions at HIT are based on candidates' performance in entrance exams and qualifying exams. The MAKAUT-conducted entrance exams are mandatory for HIT admissions. For MTech programs, both GATE and WB PGET scores are accepted, with more weight given to PGET scores.
