VIT Vellore Admission Dates
VIT Vellore admission is conducted either through entrance exams or based on merit in the qualifying exam. The admission process involves the institute's entrance exams for various UG and PG courses, such as VITEEE for BTech programs and VITMEE for MTech and MCA courses. Additionally, as per the VIT Vellore admissions process, other entrance exams like NATA for B.Arch, GATE for M.Tech, and UCEED for B.Des are accepted. VIT Vellore BTech Admission Process
- 1. Candidates need to complete their 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), while SC/ST candidates require 50%.
- 2. Candidates appear for the VITEEE, which is the main entrance exam for VIT Vellore admissions to B.Tech.
- 3. After the exam, VIT Vellore declares the ranks based on candidates’ performance in VITEEE.
- 4. Based on their ranks, candidates participate in counseling.
- 5. Seats are allocated based on merit, considering both the rank in VITEEE and the candidate’s preferences.
- 6. Once the seat is allotted, candidates complete the VIT Vellore admission process with document submission and fee payment.
