IIIT Delhi Campus
Since August 2012, IIIT Delhi has been operating from its 25-acre permanent campus in Okhla, Phase III. The campus is designed to support teaching, research, residential, and recreational activities.
The Academic Complex includes 10 lecture halls, with seating capacities ranging from 30 to 180 students. The Faculty and Research Wing houses 50 faculty offices, 8 research labs, PhD rooms, and M.Tech labs. The Library and Information Center has a common study area, a library on the first floor, and several labs on the upper floors.
The Dining and Recreation Centre is a vibrant space that includes a student mess, a cafeteria, and extracurricular facilities such as a music room, table tennis, pool tables, and a gymnasium. The hostel area accommodates around 550 students in air-conditioned single, double, and triple occupancy rooms and has badminton courts and a well-equipped common room.

IIIT Delhi Admissions 2025
IIIT Delhi is renowned for its flagship Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme in the B.Tech curriculum. The cutoff range for CSE in JAC Counselling falls between 1574 to 12172.
For B.Tech admissions, candidates must appear for the JEE Main exam and participate in JAC counselling for final seat allocation. The annual tuition fee for B.Tech at IIIT Delhi is INR 3.75 lakhs. The institute also offers M.Tech and Ph.D. programmes, with admission based on GATE/GPAT scores.
IIIT Delhi B.Tech Admission 2025
Admission to the B.Tech programme at IIIT Delhi is primarily based on JEE Mains and JAC counselling. Students who have completed their Higher Secondary Examination are eligible to apply.
